Low-Maintenance Support: Because of this decoupled, read-only architecture, "critical" or "blocking" support issues are virtually non-existent, allowing us to pass those savings on to you.

We define an environment as a single, logical Camunda deployment (e.g., Development, Staging, Production). Our Professional Edition is typically priced per environment to provide flexibility. We can work with you to find a model that fits your specific architecture.

2. Do you provide a trial or Proof of Concept (PoC)?

Absolutely. We believe the best way to evaluate Champa Intelligence is to see it work with your own data and processes. That's why we offer a guided Proof of Concept (PoC) designed to ensure a successful evaluation.

Our process starts with a personalized demo and a technical scoping session to understand your architecture and success criteria. Based on that, we offer two flexible PoC deployment models:

On-Premise PoC Deployment: Ideal for organizations with specific security or data residency policies. We provide a time-limited, containerized deployment package (Docker) for you to run and evaluate within your own infrastructure, ensuring your data never leaves your control.

Fully Managed Hosted PoC: The fastest way to get started. We provision a dedicated, secure evaluation environment on our cloud infrastructure. 4. What are the restrictions on the Enterprise Edition source code?

The Enterprise license grants your organization the right to view, modify, and compile the source code for internal use and development purposes. Source code access does not automatically grant redistribution, sublicensing, or OEM rights. For bundling Champa Intelligence into your commercial offerings, a separate Strategic Partnership Agreement is required. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

5. Do you offer partnership or reseller programs?

Yes! We actively partner with Camunda solution providers and system integrators. Detailed License Terms and Use¶

This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are the proprietary and confidential information of Champa Intelligence.

General Use¶

The Software is licensed for internal business use only by the licensed organization. All editions are subject to the following restrictions unless explicitly modified by a separate commercial agreement.

Restrictions¶

No Distribution: The Software may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, or disclosed to third parties without an explicit commercial license agreement from Champa Intelligence. Redistribution, sublicensing, or bundling of Champa Intelligence requires a formal Strategic Partnership Agreement executed by Champa Intelligence, regardless of the edition purchased.
No Modification: The Software may not be modified, adapted, or have derivative works created from it without an explicit commercial license agreement (e.g., Enterprise Edition with Partnership Agreement).
No Reverse Engineering: The Software may not be reverse engineered, decompiled, or disassembled unless explicitly permitted by your license agreement.

Enterprise Edition Source Code¶

Source code provided with the Enterprise Edition is for internal development and maintenance purposes only. It does not grant redistribution, sublicensing, OEM, or reselling rights without an explicit Strategic Partnership Agreement. Organizations wishing to bundle, integrate, or resell Champa Intelligence must execute a separate partnership agreement with Champa Intelligence.
